About the company Emirates is a an airline based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates owned by The Emirates Group. It operates services to the Middle East, Far East, Europe, Africa, Indian subcontinent, Asia-Pacific and North America. Its main base is Dubai International Airport. Launched on 25th October 1985, Emirates is the international airline of the United Arab Emirates, based in Dubai. Initially flying with two leased aircraft – a Boeing 737 and an Airbus 300 B4 – Emirates has evolved into a globally influential travel and tourism conglomerate in just a few short years. Back to top Minimum requirements needed to apply as cabin crew g Minimum age 21 years at the time of application g Minimum reach of 212cms (on tip toes), which will enable you to reach emergency equipment g Educated to at least high school standard g Fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in another language is an asset) g Previous experience in the service/hospitality industry is an advantage g Have the natural ability to provide excellent customer service within a team environment Back to top What you can expect working for Emirates g 3 year renewable contract g A tax free starting salary of AED 3,640 (approx US$ 1,000) plus flying pay of approximatly US$ 600 per month g High quality furnished shared accommodation (own bedroom) g Comprehensive medical coverage g Free duty transport g End of service benefits.
