Back to top Minimum requirements needed to apply as cabin crew g Minimum height 5ft 2" (157cm), maximum 6ft 2" (188cm) with weight in proportion to height g Excellent health and hearing. Good eyesight g Have a minimum of 3 GCSE's grade C (or equivalent). These must include Maths and English g Confident in water and able to swim 25 metres unaided g Nursing, First Aid and a knowledge of a 2nd language would be useful but not essential g Be in possession of a full, valid EU Passport or ID with no restrictions. Any non EU passport holders must be in possession of a valid work permit and or visa which allows entry to all Flybe destinations. g A minimum of 12 months face to face customer service experience is preferred, ideally in the sales and service industry g Successful applicants must live within 60 minutes travelling distance from their base airport g You must be in possession of a full and valid driving licence with no restrictions.
