|
The recruitment process for the majority of airlines follow a common pattern: application forms or CV's are received either online or by post. Candidates are then short-listed and invited to an interview.
The interview format will normally consist of an introduction about the airline, group work, English or maths tests and finally a sit down interview with yourself and 2 of the interviewers. Some airlines may also require you to conduct a short presentation, details of any presentations would be explained within the letter inviting you to interview.

g know how to get to the interview location and how long the journey takes g Have maps, train/bus times and check for any disruptions to rail or road services in advance g Allow for plenty of time before leaving so you are not rushing g If necessary arrange for overnight accommodation g Arrange your clothes, suits are normally appropriate, try to look like a cabin crew member! g Minimalise any jewellery or visible body piercings you may have g Find out as much information as possible about the airline g Revise what you put in your CV or application form
What to take with you
g Any letters of recommendations or training certificates related to the job g Any correspondence you may have received from the airline g A map or directions of the venue g Your CV or a copy of your application form g A list of questions you would like to ask the interviewers
