Camp Courier

 

 

Campsite couriers are employed by tour operators offering camping style holidays across Europe.  A campsite courier is very similar as a family rep, however you will also be responsible for Montage (putting up tents) and De-montage (taking down tents) as well as cleaning the guests accommodation.

 

Main Responsibilities of a Camp Courier Are:

 

  • Answering customers complaints and queries

  • Completing paperwork

  • Accommodation health and safety checks

  • Welcome meetings/selling excursions

  • Transferring guests to and from the airport

  • Guiding excursions

  • Montage & De-montage

  • Cleaning guests accommodation

 

The Main Requirements Needed to Become A Camp Courier Are:

 

  • Educated to a minimum GCSE level or equivalent
  • 6 months customer service experience
  • Speaking another language is preferred but not essential
