Recruitment Hints & Tips |

|
The recruitment process for the majority of tour operators follow a common pattern: application forms or CV's are received either online or by post. Candidates are then short-listed and invited to an interview.
The interview format will normally consist of an introduction about the company, group work, to conduct a presentation or entertainment piece (entertainment pieces are normally only conducted during club rep or entertainment rep interviews), English or maths tests and finally a sit down interview with yourself and 2 of the interviewers. Details of any presentations or entertainment pieces will be explained within the letter inviting you to interview.
