Customer Service Representative
Working as a Customer Service Representative with Aspro means you will provide much more than outstanding and attentive customer service. You'll solve issues with empathy and efficiency and, to ensure their customers get the most out of their holidays, you'll promote car hire, entertainment events plus other key sales opportunities. Aspro cater for customers from all walks of like. So, whatever your background, as long as you are bursting with energy and have fantastic customer service skills, they would love to hear from you.

Customer Service Representative
You'll have all the usual duties of a Customer Service Representative, but you'll be doing your job in smaller, more culturally-focused resorts. That means a bit more life experience goes a long way as you'll often work independently yet still deliver our exceptional standards of service. So if you have a mature approach and the ability to delight discerning customers, then you should select Select!

Children's Representative Keeping the kids occupied in one of Airtours Children’s Clubs is hard but rewarding work. Their parents will certainly thank you! As well as organising loads of fun activities, you’ll ensure the safety and welfare of the children is top priority. As well as taking care of the little ones, you’ll be required to look after their bigger customers too. You’ll take part in Welcome Events, help out with excursions and also have some airport duties. Of course, you’ll need some childcare experience and more energy than an excited five year old to be a success in this role! To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
g Relevant childcare qualification at level 2 or above g At least 6 months experience of working with children between the ages of 3-10 g Previous customer service experience is required
Transfer Representative Supporting their Customer Service Reps, you’ll meet customers at the airport, accompany them to the resort and help with welcome events and excursions. You’ll need the confidence to handle any complaints effectively and plenty of energy to be wherever you’re needed, whatever the time! It’s a great first step into the industry, and there’ll be plenty of opportunities from here. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
