With two ski brands, Esprit Ski (for families) and Total Ski (for adults) plus Esprit Santa's Lapland and Family Adventures holidays, their programmes offer quality catered chalets and Chalet hotels in resorts across France, Austria, Italy, and Switzerland, as well as Esprit Santa programme in Finland. Their staff are hand picked for their friendly and outgoing personalities, as well as their experience, to run the Chalet Hotels and Chalets featured in both the Esprit and Total programmes. This enables them to give their guests the best possible holiday experience. They also select dedicated, enthusiastic and fun-loving people to run our Esprit Nurseries and Snow Clubs, to give our younger guests a fabulous time on holiday.
If you feel that you have what it takes to be part of the diverse team, and want to work in some of the best resorts in the world, such as Val d'Isère, Courchevel, Obergurgl, St Anton, Saas Fee, Verbier, Selva Val Gardena or even Lapland, then they are the company for you.
All their ski season staff are required to work the full season from late November to late April, although there are some opportunities starting in early January. Their Family Adventures programme season runs from mid June to mid September. Esprit Santa's Lapland runs for the month of December, with the opportunity to continue the winter season with either Esprit Ski or Total Ski in the Alps.

Resort Manager (Esprit, Total, Santa's Lapland & Family Adventures) Your responsibilities will include overseeing all operational and guest related aspects of resort management. You will supervise and organise the resort staff and ensure that our high standards, procedures and company image are maintained. You will produce regular and accurate reports and accounts.
You need to be highly organised and adaptable with excellent communication skills, ideally having previous experience working overseas. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * Hospitality and customer service experience * Management and supervisory skills * Competent skier * Full clean driving licence * Good command of spoken French, German or Italian Resort Representative/Ski Host (Esprit and Total)
Your responsibilities will include assisting the Resort Manager with guest and staff welfare, maintaining chalet standards, organising lift passes, ski hire and lessons, airport transfers, ski hosting and running après ski events. You need to be a confident, outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work within a team. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * Hospitality and customer service experience * Competent skier * Full clean driving licence * Good command of spoken French, German or Italian Resort Child Care Manager (Esprit & Family Adventures)
Your responsibilities will include overseeing all operational and guest related aspects of the resort child care management, supervising and organising the child care team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures within our Nurseries and Snow Clubs are maintained. You will provide the regional and head office with regular and accurate reports.
You will need to be a confident and outgoing person with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills, and the ability to lead a team. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * Two years experience within a child care setting * CACHE DCE, NNEB, B-TEC or NVQ 3 equivalent qualifications an advantage * Previous supervisory experience essential Nanny/Nursery Assistant (Esprit & Alpine Sun)
Your responsibilities will include working as part of the child care team, to provide care for nursery children aged from 4 months to 3 years. You must ensure a safe, stimulating and activity packed environment is maintained in our nurseries. You will provide fun activities in the snow, as well as in the nursery.
You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine enthusiasm for child care. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * CACHE DCE, NNEB, B-TEC or NVQ level 3 qualifications (CACHE CCE, NVQ level 2 or equivalent for assistants) Snow Ranger (Esprit)
Your responsibilities will include being an active member of the team, providing enjoyable activities for children aged 3 to 12 years in Snow Club, our exclusive children's activity club. This involves entertaining them with games and crafts, both indoors and out. You will also escort the children to and from our ski lessons, sometimes assisting the ski instructors during lessons.
You need to have a friendly and outgoing personality with bags of enthusiasm and exceptional snowman building skills! To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * Previous child care experience Chalet Host/Cook (Esprit, Total & Esprit Santa’s Lapland) Your responsibilities will include overseeing the smooth running of your chalet and keeping within the set budgets. You will provide excellent quality meals and present your chalet to a high standard for between 6 and 40 guests. This involves preparing breakfast, afternoon tea and a four course evening meal including canapés, plus housekeeping and entertaining your guests. In our larger chalets there are opportunities for friends and couples to run the chalet together. You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent organisation and communication skills. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements: * Catering/cooking experience or qualification essential * Hospitality and customer service experience an advantage Head Chef
Working in one of our chalet hotels, your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping within set budgets, supervising and organising your team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are maintained. You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for 50-100 guests. You will need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to lead a team.
