Nanny (Summer & Winter)
The job of a Mark Warner nanny is a demanding yet very rewarding one full of fun! Living and working with a team of like minded people based in one hotel for the season. Mark Warner nannies look after the children of the families staying in the hotel, therefore you do not need the local language as the families are all English speaking. Mark Warner take children aged between 4 months and 13 years which are then split into clubs. Each nanny is allocated a group of children from one age group and has sole charge of those children for the duration of their holiday. Each day involves a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities, ranging from story telling in the creche to building snowmen and taking the children up the mountain on hot chocolate trips!(Winter) out in canoes or a paddle in the sea! (Summer) Whatever age group you are with, there's sure to plenty of time in the sun and on the beach or slopes! You work 6 days a week from 8.30 am to about 6.30pm with 1.5 hours lunch break plus 1-3 evenings a week on average. Babysitting is optional and you earn ?6 per hour. You can also receive good tips.

Children's Activity Leader (Summer)
Responsible for the safety, care and entertainment of the older children (13 to 17 years). Age 21 or over. Relevant qualification or extensive experience.

Head of Customer Services (Winter) The Head of Customer Services is responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the highest levels of customer service at all times. As Head of Customer Services the onus will be on you to ensure that all customer services staff extend the same level of service to all guests at all times.
Main Duties involve:

g Previous customer service experience g Management experience within the holiday industry preferred g Fluency in French, German or Italian preferred
Customer Service Officer (Winter) Varied role within a chalet hotel, duties include all aspects of guest relations; dealing with guest's requests, problem solving, translating, providing local information, dealing with maintenance and housekeeping requests, airport duties, answering hotel phone and administration, booking restaurants and taxis and liaising with suppliers. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
g Previous customer service experience g Must be fluent in French, German or Italian preferred
Ski Host (Winter) Ski guiding, assisting in airport transfer and general organisation of activities in the club and around resort. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
g Proven skiing ability BASI 3 standard or equivalent g Excellent customer service and communication skills essential
Snowboard Host (Winter) Snowboard guiding, assisting in airport transfer and general organisation of activities in the club and around resort. Snowboard Hosts will also be required to ski host on occasion. To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:
g Proven boarding ability plus BASI 3 standard or equivalent g Excellent customer service and communication skills essential
