Office Administrators

Resort Managers
A challenging role that requires your total involvement in every aspect of the running of a busy ski resort. You will be responsible for staff management, co-ordinating transfers, achieving sales targets, running a successful après ski programme, property management, provision of catering programme, stock control, financial reports and in some resorts you could also be managing the catering team. Excellent problem solving and communication skills will be needed to effectively manage and motivate your team to ensure that guests receive the highest possible level of service. You will need to operate an exciting ski winter programme and manage the performance of your team to guarantee success.

Resort Reps
NBV are seeking dynamic individuals with excellent sales skills, an outgoing personality, an energetic team player with great organisational skills. This is a demanding role that requires you to be pro-active and flexible. Your duties will include running an Apres Ski programme, Lift Pass and Ski Hire Sales, transfers, property management and chalet visits. You are also expected to clean, deliver wood, carry luggage, assist hosts and are responsible for weekly sales reports. Their guests requirements are priority so a good dose of willingness in your attitude is a must.
