Positions they recruit for

 

Resort Representative

You will be dealing with the needs and requests of Olympic holidaymakers, ensuring maximum satisfaction with all services provided within resort and an overall holiday enjoyment.

The role of a Resort Representative is very demanding, days (and nights) can be long and tiring, it's not a 9-5 job and no 2 days are ever the same - but that's why so many people return to work for Olympic year after year. It's exciting, it's fun, it's challenging and it's a great way to have a completely different life experience. So, if you want a change of direction, with great job satisfaction and excellent career opportunities, take the next step and apply.

To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:

 

g Preferably educated to GCSE level or equivalent

g Customer service experience required

 

 

Transfer Representative

 

Your duties will be numerous and varied and your hours of work could be long with much of the work happening during the night time. The main purpose of this role is to transfer our holidaymakers from the airport to their hotel on their arrival and from their hotel to the airport on their departure.

Transfer Representatives also guide our excursions, ensuring that our holidaymakers thoroughly enjoy their days and nights out with Olympic.

The position of a Transfer Representative is an ideal training ground for someone who is not quite old enough to be a Resort Representative, but still wants to work within Olympics overseas programme. So, if you want a change of direction, with great job satisfaction and excellent career opportunities, take the next step and apply.

 

To apply for this position you must meet the following minimum requirements:

 

g Preferably educated to GCSE level or equivalent

g Customer service experience required

 

Resort Administrator

You will be mostly office based dealing with all administration relating to arriving and departing passengers by means of computer. Supporting the rest of the resort team and liaising with the UK and Cyprus administration team. You will be responsible for ensuring that systems are updated and correct information is available for resort staff at all times.

 

In addition to a General Resort Administrator role, Olympic also have specialist administrator positions available in some of their larger resorts. These are:

Customer Services Administrator - Dealing with telephone enquiries/complaints from customers, co-ordinating customer service paperwork, trouble-shooting difficult situations.

 

Wedding Administrator - Dealing with the co-ordination and organisation of customers weddings within resort. Liaising with all suppliers and ensuring that the wedding goes off without a hitch.

Clinic and Airport Administrator - Dealing with clinic cases, liaison with insurance companies and doctors, visiting hospitals, co-ordinating staff at the airport.

Health and Safety Administrator - Collation and co-ordination of all health and safety paperwork, liaison with hoteliers, production of letters to suppliers.

 

To apply for any of these administration positions you must meet the following minimum requirements:

 

g Preferably educated to GCSE level or equivalent

g At least 1 year's experience working in a busy office

g Be highly organised and computer literate with a knowledge of most computer packages including

    Excel
